Texas Stock Exchange LLC ("TXSE" or the "Exchange") is a national securities exchange registered with the SEC as a self-regulatory organization. TXSE Regulation ("TXSER") oversees the Exchange's SRO obligations through internal surveillance and oversight, as well as a regulatory services agreement with FINRA.
