For those interested in receiving basic Corporate Action data for securities listed on the Texas Stock Exchange, TXSE provides the following. To receive full information throughout the day users must subscribe to CALF.

Market Action File (MAF)

Contains one row per Market Action, a discrete instruction affecting trading, pricing, settlement, entitlement, or security master systems for a TXSE-listed security. Published intraday throughout the day when activity exists, with two daily summary publications available below.

Ex-Date Distribution File (EDF)

Lists TXSE-listed securities with an upcoming ex-date for cash dividends, stock dividends, forward splits, spin-offs, and rights offerings.

Files are replaced daily. No historical archive is available on this page.
