Texas Stock Exchange LLC (“TXSE”) is targeting July 6, 2026 to commence production quoting and trading operations as a national securities exchange participating in both the UTP Plan and the CTA Plan.
Initial trade date will be limited to a defined set of test symbols.
Full symbol rollout will occur in phases following launch, according to the TXSE rollout schedule.
TXSE will be identified across all SIP data feeds using the Market Center / Participant Identifier “F.”
TXSE Hours of Operation
Pre-Market 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Regular Market 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Post-Market 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
These hours apply across both UTP and CTA participation.
Market Data Impact
UTP (Tape C Securities)
TXSE quotations will be disseminated via UQDF and included in the NBBO.
TXSE trades will be disseminated via UTDF.
All TXSE activity will be identified with market center code “F.”
CTA (Tape A & B securities)
TXSE quotes and trades will be disseminated via CQS and CTS.
TXSE quotations will contribute to the CQS NBBO calculation.
Participant identifier “F” will be used in all messages.

TXSE will implement a phased rollout of symbols and trading activity, with details maintained on the TXSE website. Additional testing dates may be scheduled and communicated as needed. UAT remains available 8:00–17:00 ET on business days.
Required Actions
Market participants, vendors, and data recipients should:
Arrange cross-connects either directly via Equinix or an approved extranet provider.
Order logical ports for UAT and production
Continue to test and certify TXSE trading & market data protocols
Validate ingestion of TXSE quotes and trades across all feeds
Monitor TXSE communications and rollout updates
Ensure systems recognize TXSE (Participant ID “F”)
