Final TXSE Auction Production Test and MWCB Testing — September 12

Dear Member,

As previously communicated, Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) will conduct a production test on Saturday, September 12, 2026. This will be the final scheduled opportunity for firms to test TXSE Auctions in the production environment before TXSE begins primary listings on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Firms are strongly encouraged to participate and validate their ability to:

Consume TXSE auction market data;

Enter, modify and cancel auction-eligible orders;

Receive and process auction executions; and

Receive and reconcile auction activity through Drop Copy.

Testing Schedule

SessionEastern Time
Early Session9:00 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
Regular Session9:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
After Hours Session11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Market-Wide Circuit Breaker Testing

TXSE will also participate in the industry-wide Market-Wide Circuit Breaker (MWCB) test conducted by the SIPs on September 12. The test is expected to include Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 MWCB scenarios.

Firms may use this opportunity to validate their ability to receive and process MWCB halt and resumption messages, consume related SIP market data and submit orders following a Level 1 or Level 2 halt.

Auction functionality will remain available in the TXSE UAT environment; however, September 12 is the final scheduled production test before primary listings begin.
