Test of Corporate Action Notifications via CALF

Dear Member,

The Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE” or “the Exchange”) will welcome its first primary listings on September 16, with a significant number of corporate and ETP listings expected by year-end. In anticipation of the launch of TXSE listed securities, the Exchange will be testing our ability to deliver corporate action information via the Corporate Actions Listing Feed (“CALF”) service. The test is part of TXSE's ongoing readiness work ahead of corporate listings and does not reflect any live corporate event.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Firms currently signed up for CALF will receive test files via SFTP and email on September 3. These files are for testing purposes only and do not represent actual corporate action activity on any TXSE-listed security.

WHO THIS APPLIES TO

Any market participant currently signed up to receive CALF files via SFTP and email.

NOT YET SUBSCRIBED?

If you have not yet subscribed to CALF and would like to participate in this test, please email corporateactions@txse.com or subscribe to Corporate Actions Alerts and Notices.

SIGN UP FOR CALF (SFTP) DELIVERY IN PRODUCTION

Firms that want to receive CALF files via SFTP or email once TXSE is live will need to complete standard agreements. Contact marketops@txse.comfor further detail.

ACTION REQUIRED

Firms are encouraged to confirm receipt of the CALF test files and report any delivery issues to corporateactions@txse.com

We will circulate a detailed plan next week outlining what to expect on the testing date. For questions, contact corporateactions@txse.com
