Corporate Actions Listing Feed (CALF)

Dear Member,

Ahead of the planned launch of ETP primary listings in September and corporate primary listings in October, Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) is introducing the Corporate Actions Listing Feed (CALF), a subscription data service providing corporate event and listing information for TXSE-listed securities.

CALF is designed to provide market participants with both timely corporate event information and structured, machine-readable data to support trading, pricing, settlement, entitlement, and security master workflows for TXSE primary-listed securities.

CALF corporate event coverage includes:

IPOs and new listings

Listing transfers

Dividends and distributions

Stock splits

Mergers and acquisitions

Symbol, name and CUSIP changes

Trading suspensions and resumptions

Corrections and cancellations

CALF Subscription

A single CALF subscription includes three components:

Corporate Event Notices (CEN) – Human-readable PDF and HTML notices published upon TXSE approval of a corporate event throughout the business day.

Market Action Files (MAF) – Machine-readable TXT and CSV files containing discrete operational instructions associated with corporate events and listing activity. MAF will be published throughout the business day and through end-of-day publications.

Ex-Date Distribution Files (EDF) – Structured files covering securities with upcoming ex-dates to support dividend and entitlement processing.

Delivery and Access

CALF supports delivery through email and SFTP, with TXT and CSV formats available for machine-readable files.

Firms that plan to trade, clear, process, or distribute information for TXSE-listed securities are encouraged to evaluate CALF and establish the appropriate subscription and delivery configuration.

The CALF Technical Specification is available in the Technical Specifications section of the TXSE website:
