TXSE Primary Listings Readiness Reminder

Dear Member,

Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) will begin primary listings for exchange-traded products (ETPs) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, followed by corporate securities on Monday, October 5, 2026.

The following ETPs will be primary listed on TXSE in the upcoming weeks, full details on these listings are available on the TXSE website:

Texas Capital Texas Oil Index ETF & Texas Capital Texas Equity Index ETF

Westwood Salient Enhanced Power & Infrastructure ETF

Brookmont Catastrophic Bond ETF

Calamos Timpani Active SMID Growth ETF

Auction Testing

TXSE Auction functionality remains available for testing in the UAT environment. Firms are encouraged to test auction order entry, market data, executions and Drop Copy processing prior to September 16.

TXSE will also conduct its final scheduled auction production test on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Beginning September 14, TXSE auction functionality will be implemented in the production environment, and the TXSE-listed test symbols will be available for testing on an ongoing basis. Participants are encouraged to test auction functionality in the production environment. The available test symbols are as follows:

Risk Control Configurations

In preparation for Primary Listings, TXSE has increased the maximum configurable per-order notional value limit under Rule 11.007 from $30 million to $250 million, effective today, September 10, 2026. The default value remains $30 million.

Firms requiring a higher limit may log in to their Stockyard account and update the maximum notional value in their applicable port settings, up to $250 million.

Corporate Actions Listing Feed (CALF)

Firms that will trade, clear, process or distribute information for TXSE primary-listed securities are reminded to prepare to receive corporate action and listing information through the TXSE CALF.

CALF provides Corporate Event Notices, Market Action Files and Ex-Date Distribution Files through email and SFTP delivery. Auction Participation Band Calculations

TXSE has published an Auction Participation Band Calculation Circular on its website. The document provides additional guidance and calculation examples to assist firms in understanding and validating the participation bands disseminated for TXSE Auctions.

Firms are encouraged to review the circular as part of their Primary Listings readiness efforts.
