October Fee Notice: Transaction Fee Update

Dear Member,

Effective October 1, 2026, pending regulatory approval, TXSE will reduce the fee to remove liquidity in securities priced at or above $1.00 from $0.0030 to $0.0029 per share. All other transaction fees remain unchanged.
