TXSE ETP Information Circular
The Exchange will commence trading in shares of the exchange-traded funds (“Funds”) listed in the document linked below pursuant to Exchange Rule 14.001(b) and Rule 19b-4(e) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Member Firm Responsibilities
Members are reminded of the following obligations:
- Suitability: Trading in the Funds on the Exchange will be subject to Rule 3.007. Members must ensure recommendations are suitable for their customers.
- Prospectus Delivery: Pursuant to federal securities laws, a Prospectus must be delivered to investors purchasing shares of the Funds.
- Supervision: Members must establish and maintain written supervisory procedures to ensure compliance with applicable securities laws and Exchange rules.
- Surveillance: Transactions will be subject to Exchange surveillance and applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
