TXSE – Clearly Erroneous Execution Review Ruling in BIYA - Baiya International Group Inc.

TXSE has completed its clearly erroneous execution review of trades in BIYA - Baiya International Group Inc. In conjunction with other UTP exchanges, TXSE has ruled to bust all trades executed on TXSE between 08:20:00 and 08:23:00 ET today, at or above $3.05. This ruling is not eligible for appeal.

The trade busts will be processed on the UTP SIP and in clearing. Trade busts are not sent electronically through TXSE order entry or Drop Copy. Members should update their internal records accordingly.
