As detailed in SR-TXSE-2026-003, the Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE”) is exercising its 45-day deadline extension of its RODEO I program.

The 45-day extension brings the new deadline to September 28, 2026 and the payment deadline to October 8, 2026.
