Reminder: Corporate Actions Notification Test – CALF

Dear Member,

As previously communicated, on September 3, 2026, TXSE will conduct an end-to-end test of its Corporate Actions Listing Feed ("CALF") and related corporate action processes in accordance with the CALF specifications. The test will include a series of sample scenarios, including security admissions, a name, symbol and CUSIP change, a reverse stock split, a suspension, and ex-date distribution files, with test communications and files distributed at various times between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET.

The exercise will use test companies, symbols, and CUSIPs to validate the CALF process from event creation through publication and delivery of the applicable notices and files. If you do not receive the expected corporate action communications or files during the test, please notify corporateactions@txse.com.
