TXSE to Make Additional FIX ExecutionReport Fields Mandatory

Dear Member,

As previously communicated in TXSE Technical Notice 2026-001, the following fields will become part of TXSE’s standard FIX implementation effective Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and will no longer be optional:

UserData (Tag 9002) — included on all ExecutionReport messages.

SelfMatchPreventionInstruction (Tag 2964) — included on ExecutionReportSelfMatchPrevented messages.

This functionality is already enabled for all FIX users in the TXSE UAT environment. Participants should validate their applications in UAT and ensure they are prepared to accept and process these additional tags before the production effective date.

This change does not affect the optional FIX Drop Copy configuration that allows sessions to receive ExecutionReportTrade messages only.
