TXSE Internal Auction Testing

Dear TXSE Member,

Please be advised that TXSE will conduct internal testing of auction functionality with the Consolidated Tape Association (CTA) this weekend.

This testing is intended solely to validate market data and SIP processing. As a result:

• Order Entry and Drop Copy services will not be available during the testing period. Members will not be able to connect to these services or submit orders.
• TXSE market data feeds will be active, and market participants may observe TXSE market data activity.
• TXSE quotes and trades will be disseminated over the CTA SIP as part of the testing.

As previously communicated, auction functionality is currently available for testing in the TXSE UAT environment only and is not yet available in the TXSE production market. Members wishing to test auction functionality should continue to use the UAT environment.

The latest technical specifications, including the auction functionality specifications, are available on the TXSE website under Trading > Technical Specifications: https://www.txse.com/trading#technical-specifications.

No action is required by members. TXSE will provide advance notice prior to the production availability of auction functionality.
