Away Market Data Configuration During Rollout

TXSE Rule 13.004 sets forth the specific proprietary and network processor data feeds that the Exchange uses for the handling, routing, and execution of orders, as well as for performing the regulatory compliance processes related to those functions.

To support a measured rollout, TXSE will initially utilize only the UTP and CTA data feeds as its primary market data source for all markets while it continues to validate and monitor the performance of its systems. This approach reflects TXSE's commitment to maintaining a fair, orderly, and resilient market environment throughout the rollout period.

TXSE will notify market participants when the market-by-market table in Rule 13.004 reflects the proprietary and network processor data feeds used by the Exchange.
