TXSE Fee Schedule
The Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE” or the “Exchange”) has adopted fees for Transactions, Market Data, Connectivity and Membership that will go into effect at its commencement as a national securities exchange on July 10th, 2026.

Transaction Fees/Rebates
TXSE will begin assessing transaction fees and rebates on July 10th, 2026.
Connectivity Fees
TXSE will begin assessing fees for physical and logical connectivity on July 10th, 2026. Connectivity Fees are pro-rated for partial-month credentialing based on the number of trading days credentialed divided by the total number of trading days in such month. As such, all connections provisioned for July 10th trading will be pro-rated for the month of July.
Market Data Fees
The Exchange is waiving Market Data Fees for our proprietary data products through December 2026. As with Connectivity Fees, Market Data Fees will be pro-rated for partial-month credentialing based on the number of trading days credentialed divided by the total number of trading days in such month.
Membership Fees
The Exchange is waiving Membership Fees through December 2026. The Membership Fee will be assessed to each active Member at the close of business on the first day of each month beginning January 2027.
