Launch of TXSE’s Auction Viewer (Beta)

Dear TXSE Member,

TXSE has launched a publicly accessible Auction Viewer on its website, providing enhanced visibility into the TXSE Auction.

The Auction Viewer will display the following information:

AuctionPreamble

Updated every five seconds during the accumulation period for TXSE opening and closing auctions with:

• Projected matched shares
• Side with excess auction interest

Share counts reflect Auction-Only orders and exclude the Continuous Book.

Dissemination timing (ET)

The AuctionPreamble is disseminated from 8:00–9:28 a.m. ET for the opening auctions and 3:00-3:58p.m ET for the closing auctions.

AuctionBandWindow

Updated every five seconds during the Band Window with:

• Lower and upper Participation Band prices
• Buy and sell shares eligible to execute at the lower band price
• Buy and sell shares eligible to execute at the upper band price

Share counts reflect Auction-Only orders and exclude the Continuous Book.

Dissemination timing (ET)

The AuctionBandWindow is disseminated from 9:28a.m.-9:30a.m. ET for the opening auctions and 3:58p.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET for the closing auctions.

Auction Viewer is currently available in beta and remains subject to updates and enhancements. TXSE welcomes feedback from Members using the Viewer.

TXSE continues to strongly encourage firms to subscribe to its market data feeds to receive TXSE Auction information directly through their own systems.
